About Wildcats and Birds of Mongolia

Passionate about Mongolia's birds, committed to conservation, dedicated to providing exceptional birding experiences in Mongolia.

Our Story

This travel company was created in loving memory of my dear friend, Ölzii. Back in our university days, we studied environmental science together and often dreamed about starting our own travel company in the future. We had just begun working toward that dream when my friend tragically passed away from a severe form of cancer, leaving behind his wife and their one-month-old baby boy. Before he passed, he left a message: “Please send my greetings to my friend.” Those final words have remained in my heart ever since. Running this company in his memory is both an honor and a responsibility for me—continuing the dream we once shared and keeping his spirit alive through every journey we create.

Our Mission

To provide world-class birding experiences in Mongolia that inspire conservation action and support local communities while maintaining the highest standards of environmental responsibility.

Our Vision

A Mongolia where birding tourism contributes to the conservation of Mongolian bird species and their habitats while providing meaningful economic benefits to local communities.

In particular, our tourism actively supports nomadic families who safeguard snow leopard habitats and help sustain their populations. By partnering with these communities, we create shared value—protecting wildlife while strengthening local livelihoods.
